Questions about plans
- Is the free plan limited in time?
- No. Free stays free: 50 manual entries and 25 Quick Scans a month on one bankroll, with true odds, closing line value, live scores, settling and analytics on every bet.
- What counts as a Quick Scan?
- One bet slip screenshot read into a bet. A screenshot that isn't a bet slip doesn't count. Allowances renew every 30 days, and Settings shows the next renewal date.
- What does unlimited mean on Pro?
- Unlimited manual entries, bankrolls and edge alerts. Quick Scans are unlimited under fair use, up to 5,000 a month, far more than anyone tracking their own bets needs.
- What is the difference between Free and Pro?
- Pro removes the monthly limits and the one-bankroll cap, and adds edge alerts on Telegram and in the app, CSV export, and a private Telegram group with the developer. Everything that tells you how good your bets are is in both plans.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time from Settings. Pro runs until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to Free and your bets stay.
- Does Trackbet take bets or connect to my bookmaker?
- No. Trackbet is a record-keeping tool. You record the bets you placed with any bookmaker; it never asks for your bookmaker login.
