How to use Quick Scan to add bets from screenshots

Quick Scan is Trackbet's built-in feature that reads your bet slip screenshots and automatically extracts all the details — event names, odds, stake, bookmaker, sport, and bet type.

Instead of manually typing every bet, you screenshot your bet slip, upload it to Trackbet, and the system fills in all the fields. Review, make any corrections, and confirm. It takes seconds instead of minutes.

Quick Scan works with most major bookmaker apps and websites. It handles single bets, accumulators (parlays), and bet builders.

To scan a single bet slip:

1. Go to Add bet and select Quick Scan mode
2. Upload your screenshot by dragging, pasting (Ctrl/Cmd+V), or clicking to browse
3. Wait a few seconds for the system to process the image
4. Review the extracted data in the bet form — event, odds, stake, bookmaker, sport, etc.
5. Make any corrections if needed (rare but sometimes necessary)
6. Click Confirm to save the bet

Quick Scan also detects the bet status (pending, won, lost) from visual cues on the slip, so you can add and settle historical bets in one step.

Separate Slips mode lets you upload multiple screenshots at once — each is treated as a separate bet. The system detects the bet type (single, combo, builder) from each screenshot automatically.

1. Select Separate Slips mode in Quick Scan
2. Upload multiple screenshots (drag, paste, or browse)
3. Click Process all — they're processed in parallel
4. Review each extracted bet in the results list
5. Confirm or edit each bet individually

This is the fastest way to add many bets at once. Upload 5-10 screenshots and process them all in one batch.

History Page mode is designed for scanning your bookmaker's bet history page. Take a screenshot of the page showing multiple settled bets, and the system extracts each bet from the single image.

This is useful for:

• Adding a batch of historical bets you haven't tracked yet
• Migrating from a spreadsheet to Trackbet
• Catching up on bets from a bookmaker you recently started tracking

For best results, make sure the history page screenshot clearly shows each bet's event, odds, stake, and result.

• Capture the full bet slip. Make sure the entire slip is visible — event name, odds, stake, and any status indicators (won/lost). Cropped or partial screenshots may miss fields.
• Use clear screenshots. Avoid blurry images, heavy compression, or screenshots with overlapping UI elements (like notifications covering the slip).
• One bet per screenshot (for Separate Slips). Each image should show one complete bet. For multiple bets in one image, use History Page mode instead.
• Check the bookmaker field. The system usually identifies the bookmaker from the app's branding, but it's worth verifying — especially for lesser-known or white-label bookmakers.
• Review odds carefully. Odds are almost always extracted correctly, but decimal separators (comma vs dot) and similar-looking numbers can occasionally cause errors.
• Use presets. If you're scanning many bets from the same bookmaker, use the presets feature to auto-fill the bookmaker field for each processed bet.

Quick Scan uses credits from your monthly allowance. Each processed image uses one credit, regardless of whether it's a single bet or a combo.

Your scan counter shows how many credits remain and when they reset. Credits reset on the 1st of each month. You can see this on the Add bet page.
